I Main Cast

I Plot Line

A science fiction psychology film "called "Flatliners" examines the advantages and disadvantages of tinkering with nature and science.
The film opens with five medical students: Courtney, Jamie, Sophia, Marlo, and Ray. Brilliant and inquisitive, Courtney started a secret experiment with Jamie and Sophia to explore the instantaneous moment between life and death. In this experiment, she deliberately stopped her heart for a brief moment and allowed Jamie and Sophia to try to revive her. However, Jamie and Sophia failed, and Ray, another genius, had to step in to aid, which is how additional group members joined this experiment.

They each experimented on themselves, one at a time. They initially saw amazing results with unearthly visions, but they soon had to deal with the real-world repercussions of this lethal experiment.
Everybody in the group is plagued by progressively aggressive and malicious ghosts of their previous transgressions and guilt. As the experiment's effects became apparent, they were forced to face their inner demons and figure out how to put an end to the growing terror so they could resume their pre-experiment lives.

I Positive Points

Even though it's unrealistic to learn about the time between life and death, it is an intriguing and novel idea, and facing their sins is also an excellent choice. Even though several performers had a short role, the protagonist and the rest of the ensemble gave phenomenal performances. Far better than most cliched horror flicks with a fresh concept.

I Negative points

The movie was fantastic in the first half but dragged in the second. Despite being a remake, the movie doesn't include any fresh material from the original. When a film is remade, we automatically compare it to the original, and even though the new version is better, it still comes across as inferior. A few of the film's shortcomings are that none other than those five people in the hospital learned about the experiment, which is unrealistic, and none of them failed to survive such a dangerous experiment.
