Plot Line

When it comes to labour in factories and mines, carelessness has no place here. A small error might put the personnel there, as well as those in the surrounding areas, in danger.
The rescue operation of mine labourers imprisoned in a Raniganj coal mine is the central theme of our film "Mission Raniganj," which is based on a true story. The rescue engineer Akshay Kumar, who played Jaswant Singh Gill, not only devised a strategy for a successful rescue but also risked his life to carry it out. He took every necessary step to free all the trapped miners, but corruption and stopping the doers never go away, whether it comes to rescuing others or advancing in one's career. The villains made every effort to sabotage the scheme to rescue the miners.
